MISSION
CDDA is a nonprofit organization which sponsors a platform to empower Latino leaders in the U.S., Ibero-America, and the Caribbean, through collaborative research, cooperation, training, and exchange of best practices among NGOs; prioritizing policies and public-private partnerships to address the main problems of the hemisphere.
TRANSPARENCY
CDDA has a firm commitment to transparency, compliance and accountability. We have a tax-exempt status granted by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) [link to our charter], and your donations or contributions tax deductible. Our financials are reported to the tax authorities annually, and available for public inspection according to the applicable provisions of the IRC and the regulations thereunder.
